Leidseplein em 5 minutos

Em menos de cinco minutos de um meio de tarde de sexta-feira (aqui, Sol e Lua têm feito troca de turno por volta das 21h), fiz algumas fotos de Amsterdam em um endereço que, na minha opinião, é dono de uma das atmosferas mais cativantes e multiculturais da capital holandesa: a Leidseplein. E é por isso que consegui reunir, tão instantaneamente, retratos bem interessantes desta praça. Além de ancorar diversos bares, cafés e algumas das melhores casas de shows da cidade, ela sempre recebe visitantes e diversas apresentações de rua. Cheguei para ver quem estava mostrando sua arte em freestyle mode mas, por volta das 17:30h de ontem, Amsterdam estava se entendendo com alguns ventos fortes que passavam por lá. E, em algumas das imagens seguintes, você vai perceber o resultado. O resto das explicações eu coloco perto de cada foto...

Aqui em Amsterdam, pelo menos há um lugar específico para os homens se aliviarem bem no meio da multidão, que não em qualquer parede...

*Leideseplein in 5 minutes

In less than five minutes on a mid Friday afternoon (these days, here in Holland, the Sun and The Moon have been changing shifts at around 9pm), I made some Amsterdam pictures at a spot that is, in my opinion, one of the most charming addresses downtown: Leidseplein. And that's the reason why I was able to gather, in no time, some interesting portraits from the mentioned square. Bars, coffeeshops and some of the greatest venues coexist there, along with street shows. I rode up towards the Leidseplein wondering who was showing his/her own art open-air but, at 5:30pm, yesterday, Amsterdam was having some issues to deal with the Wind, who came on a visit. So, you'll get to see the results on some of the next images. For the other pictures, there are brief captions...
Here in Amsterdam there are specific places for the men's so called no. 1 relief, other than any wall...










Part of the local vehicles fleet got hit by strong enough winds!









So many events! The posters are part of the capital's charm and artistic, colorful scene.
